When you create a Project, it's automatically added to the Your projects and the All projects tabs on the Projects page.
No matter whether you have a paid subscription or a Free account, you’ll also have access to Projects people outside your organization may have shared with you.
The Projects page contains tabs for different Project types and phases:
- Your projects is a list of all Projects you’ve created or which people outside your organization have shared with you.
- All projects is a list of all Projects in your organization visible to you.
- Completed is a list of any Projects you (or others in your organization, if you have a paid subscription) have marked as “completed”.
- Templates is a list of any Templates you (or others in your organization, if you have a paid subscription) have created.
- Manufacturer Templates is a list of Templates manufacturer A&D reps have put together to include their recommendations for the best products for different types of high-performance building projects.
You will only ever see Projects you have created or have access to unless you are an account administrator for your subscription. Account Administrators can see all Projects for their organization, including ones the owner has set as visible only to themselves and administrators. Learn more about setting Project visibility when creating or managing a Project.
By default, your Projects are displayed in alphabetical order. You can click the arrow icon of any table header to change how Projects are sorted. These headers include:
- Project name
- Project/building type
- The Project’s status: product collection, design, planning, bidding, construction, installed or completed
- The date the Project was last modified
- The date the Project was created in Project Builder & Library
- The name of the Project’s owner/client, if specified in the Project
- Paid subscriptions only: the name of the office associated with this Project, if specified in the subscription
At the end of each table row is an Actions column. Each Project listed here has a kebab menu (three vertical dots) in this column you can use to perform multiple actions. Most actions within your Projects page can be done both from here or in an open Project. These actions include:
- Share
- Copy Project
- Export to CSV
- Save as Template
- Completed (i.e., mark the Project "Completed")
- Delete
