When you share a Project, you can easily collaborate on individual product choices as you source the materials that meet each Project’s requirements. Invite people to the Project to help you configure and manage it, or invite them to one or more products to discuss and specify those products.
Sharing a Project with people inside your organization
Everyone within your organization who has a account in your subscription automatically has access to all Projects set as visible throughout the organization, the default visibility setting. (Projects set as visible only to their owners and account administrators will not be visible organization-wide.) Learn more about Project visibility settings configured via the Who can see this Project pulldown menu.
Currently, only people inside your organization who have a Project Builder & Library Admin, Member, or Associate account can be invited to a Project. (A Transparency Catalog account is not enough; users must have a Project Builder & Library account.)
Contact Sustainable Minds to invite people outside your organization to a Project.

Inviting people within your organization to a product
As you work on your Project, you may want to get feedback from colleagues about specific product choices. You can invite people to a product to alert them that you need their help.
Inviting people to a product automatically shares the entire Project with the person being invited, but directs them right to the product that needs their input.
