Project Builder & Library stores your subscription’s list of tags on the Tags page available from the Favorite products: Libraries & tags section of the hamburger menu visible at the top left of every screen.
The Tags page helps you understand which tags already exist for use when tagging products in Projects and Libraries. All users can see this page, but only Account Admins can edit it to manage the subscription’s set of tags.
On this page, users see:
- The list of tags available in your Project Builder & Library subscription
- Colors associated with each tag
- The number of products using that tag, linked to a tag detail page showing where the tag is used along with related information
- The date the tag was created
- The person who created the tag
- Account Admins only: tools to create, edit and delete tags
Tag detail pages
Clicking on the number of products on the Tags page will load a detail page for that tag.
On this page, users see:
- A filter tool to narrow results by product, Project or tag
- Which products in Projects and Organization Favorite Product Libraries use the selected tag
- Products shown in personal Favorite Product Libraries are not displayed.
- Products from the Transparency Catalog link to their manufacturer listing.
- Any other tags added to products with the selected tag
- The Project or Library the product is part of, including a link to that Project or Library
- The date the tag was added
- Who added the tag
