You can manage personal contact information, organization contact information (Office subscriptions only), your password and your notification preferences within the Account screen.
This screen has two tabs:
Basic information tab
You can add or update any of the following under About you:
- First name
- Last name
- Title/role
- Phone number and extension
- Password
Required fields are marked by an asterisk.
This tab also includes:
- Your current subscription type
Changing your password
Password management is located at the bottom of the Basic information tab.
To change your password:
- Enter your old password in the appropriate text field.
- Enter your new password. It must be at least six characters long and include both letters and numbers.
- Confirm your new password by entering it again.
- Click the Change password button to save the change.
If you forget your password, a link to reset your password is located on the Login page.
Notifications & email tab
Use the Notifications & email tab to view and set preferences for various actions within your account. You have full control over how, why and how often you receive notifications.
Options include Email me each time and Email digest (sent every 24 hours). You can select one, both or neither. A record of Project notifications is always available from each Project’s notifications tab.
Use the checkboxes to select which notifications you want to receive via email:
- Someone accepts your sharing invitation
- Someone adds, edits or deletes a product in your Projects
- Someone leaves a comment on one of your Projects
- Someone uploads a new document for a product
- Get a copy of any message you send to contact a manufacturer for spec, quote or submittal help
